Here's my list.



Have adoration for your business.



Set a good example from the first day that you're a reliable company. Show that which you expect out of your employees.



Know your business: product, industry, competition. Understanding rules.



Turn to hire people diverse from yourself (could be wiser) who speak up and therefore are curious. Incentivize them.



Search for mentors and strive at building the connection.



Always watch the money.



Always repay what you owe promptly.



Focus on your listening abilities.



Focus on profits abilities and everybody else's inside your company.
